When posting to another site you must credit either my ToyHouse, TikTok, Tumblr, or DeviantArt. All are linked at the home page which you can access by scrolling up or down.
Payment for Artwork:
When you commission me, you agree to pay half of the full price beforehand, only do this once I've said the commission has been accepted. Send the rest when I ask. The commission will not be started or handed over until such things are complete and I have confirmation.
Refunds:
The commissioner can request a refund under certain circumstances; however, if the artwork is complete and delivered, there are no refunds past that point. If the commission is canceled after the sketch is shown the 50% given at the start will not be refunded. If the commissioner asks for a refund before then, they can get the 50% of what's already been paid.
If I don't finish in a month you may request your money back unless I give you a time frame.
Time frame messages are when I say a week or a day more after a month has passed. If I don't finish it after the added time then a refund can be asked for.
Selling and Redistrabution
I own the rights to my artwork. You may not use the artwork for money-gaining purposes or vast redistribution. Such include... selling my art on merchandise, tracing the art to sell, placing them on any form of merchandise(unless agreed upon), forms(unless agreed upon), or commissions pages(unless agreed upon). Even if you bought the art as a commission, this applies. This also includes any characters designed by me unless agreed upon.
You are also NOT ALLOWED to utilize my art for AI. This includes putting it into AI generators, selling it to AI companies, ect. If it has AI attached, don't connect it to my art!
Adopts, Customs, Breedables, and YCH
Upon obtaining any characters made by me, you automatically apply to these terms of service...
Do not resell for more than purchased without more art or my permission. If permission or more art is not provided the user is blacklisted from commissioning again in any form.
Do not make NSFW without asking me if it's alright. Feral NSFW is NEVER allowed and will get you blacklisted. If permission is not provided, the user will be blacklisted from commissioning me again in any form.
Specifically, in the case of Breeding, the character must belong to you, or consent must be provided via a screenshot or a message from the user.

When Ordering A Commission...
You can give as much info as you would like, just don't give conflicting info. Expressions, emotions, poses, actions, are perfect. This character looking mad at this character but happy at another requires more than one art piece.
The Reference picture HAS to be able to be color pickable and easy to make out.
Remember, I am allowed to refuse or decline any commissions I'd like. Please respect that.
